Why we built Honee™
Every hospital we talk to knows what its payers pay. Few know how that reimbursement compares across their state. Managed care teams walk into payer negotiations with limited information and end up reacting to the payer's numbers instead of bringing their own.
When the price transparency rules came out, a lot of people thought they would finally solve this problem. They haven't. Hospitals self-report their price transparency files, those files often run a year or two old, and posted rates don't show what payers actually pay. Your hospital's own claims show what you were paid, not how that payment compares across your state. Hospital leaders kept asking us the same question: where do we actually stand? We built Honee™ to answer it.

Privacy comes first
We take the trust hospitals place in us seriously. Every analysis in Honee™ is individual to your hospital. We anonymize providers, de-identify claims, and aggregate the comparison data at the state level, and that data is 90 days old.
Where we're starting
We're launching Honee™ first in Alabama, Hawaii, Idaho, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Washington, the states where we have enough data for reliable state-level analytics. We're adding more states as our coverage grows, and we can't wait to bring Honee™ to hospitals across the country.
